The defender ultimate audio package sounds like no Defender you have heard. It consists of the complete system 2 but has the added benefit of a subwoofer.
There are generally two types of people out there with regards to subwoofers, those who know, and those who don’t know.
For those of you who don’t know, a subwoofer can give the physical feeling of presence and excitement to a good musical performance it adds to the emotion of a track. A sub will also take the strain away of trying to produce deeper bass notes from your other speakers and allows them to concentrate on delivering mid bass and mid range frequencies where they are more comfortable.
Whether you like jazz, classical, pop or rock, a good system can be made better with a good subwoofer. and as long as the set up and positioning are correct, it will add a whole new dimension to your listening experience.

unlike almost all other audio companys I dont fit a subwoofer attached to the back of the cubby box, the sub needs more seperation from the driver and passenger so as not to feel on top of you. This being the case, I install a Rainbow “10 active sub which is cut into the rear door.
This not only allows for a larger speaker to be installed, it also gives the much needed seperation from the driver/passenger, uses far less space and does not impede the central rear seat in a 110.
This option added to the system 2 gives the ultimate in audio for your Defender.
